| 阴疽是发于肌肉筋骨内的疮疡性疾病，属中医外科范畴；癥瘕是腹部结块的统称，病种较多，包含范围较广，属妇科常见疑难杂症范畴。阴疽和癥瘕虽为不同病种，但两者病因病机核心在“瘀”，存在许多共同之处。因此在中医辨证治疗上可通过“异病同治”思路对待，不必拘泥于方与病对应，注重方证对应，亦可为诊疗现代提供新的思路。 |

| Dorsal furuncle is a sore and ulcerative disease occurring in muscles and bones,which belongs to the category of traditional Chinese medicine surgery.Abdominal mass is a general term for masses occurring in abdomen,which has a wide range of diseases and belongs to the category of miscellaneous gynecological diseases.Although dorsal furuncle and abdominal mass are different diseases,the core of their etiology and pathogenesis is “blood stasis”,which has many similarities.Therefore,according to traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation,we can adopt the idea of “treating different diseases with same method”.It is not necessary to stick to the correspondence between prescriptions and diseases,and pay attention to the correspondence between prescriptions and syndromes.It can also provide new ideas for modern diagnosis and treatment. |
