      目的:运用网络药理学理念和技术研究“川芎-延胡索”药对的主要活性成分、靶点和药理学作用机制。方法:通过检索中药系统药理学分析平台(TCMSP)数据库,结合口服生物利用度和类药性分析,筛选出川芎和延胡索的主要成分、靶点信息,采用Cytoscape软件构建活性成分-作用靶点网络,获取的靶点信息,筛选核心靶点。利用DAVID在线分析工具对靶点进行基因本体(GO)功能富集分析和KEGG通路分析。结果:从“川芎-延胡索”药对中筛选得到58个主要活性成分,相关作用于靶点220个,主要涉及在癌症、信号传导、免疫、细胞通讯及凋亡等生物学过程中的多条信号通路。结论:本研究初步揭示了“川芎-延胡索”药对的主要活性成分、靶点及协同作用机制,为进一步深入探讨其药理学作用提供了参考。
English Summary:
      To study the main active ingredients,targets and pharmacological mechanism of “Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong-Rhizoma Corydalis” drug pair based on network pharmacology.Methods:The chemical components and targets related to Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong-Rhizoma Corydalis were researched from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP)according to oral bioavailability(OB)and drug likeness(DL).Cytoscape 3.6.0 software was used to build the active ingredient-target network model and screen for core targets.The GO and KEGG pathways in the targets were analyzed by DAVID.Results:58 active components were screened from “Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong-Rhizoma Corydalis” drug pair,involving 220 related action targets.It mainly involved multiple signaling pathways such as cancer,signal transduction,immunity,cell communication and apoptosis signaling pathways.Conclusion:This paper preliminarily revealed the main active ingredients,targets and synergistic mechanism of the herbal pair of “Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong-Rhizoma Corydalis”,providing a reference for further exploration of its pharmacological effects.
