| 老年性阳痿是近年临床常见病,与中青年阳痿比较,其特点是发病与老年患者天癸待竭未竭的特殊生理时期相关,与所处的年龄阶段密切相关,与伴随的其他慢性基础疾病相关。治疗首要在于找准病因,除阳痿本身之外,应重视基础病的控制。治法在于先后天的补养如重视脾肾互补之间的联系,另外,君相安位,肝气条达才使勃起功能正常发挥,故需重视心肝功能的正常发挥,同时也不排除久病致瘀痰湿邪。且患者年事已高,故诊疗时应详辨虚实,补泄得当,且兼顾基础病,方案上中西药并用,优势互补,在治疗效果上应安全性与疗效兼顾。并举验案1例。 |

| Geriatric erectile dysfunction(ED)is a common clinical disease in recent years.Compared with young and middle-aged ED，its characteristics are that the onset of impotence is related to the special physiological period of the elderly patients，the age stage and other chronic diseases.The primary treatment is to find out the cause of the disease.Besides ED itself，attention should be paid to the control of basic diseases.Therapeutic method is to pay attention to the relationship between spleen and kidney complementarity.In addition，only when the emperor is in a stable position，can the erectile function be brought into full play.Therefore，it is necessary to pay attention to the normal function of heart and liver，and at the same time，it does not exclude the pathogenic factors of stasis，phlegm and dampness caused by chronic diseases.And the patient is old，so the diagnosis and treatment should be carefully distinguished between deficiency and excess，reinforcing and reducing properly，and take into account the underlying diseases.The program should be combinations of Chinese and western medicine，complementary advantages，and in the treatment of both safety and efficacy，with one experienced case for example. |
