| 目的:探讨中药饮片配方质量对中药处方的合理性及临床用药安全性的影响。方法:选取2016年5月至2017年5月广州中医药大学第一附属医院收治的服用中药汤剂治疗的患者648例作为研究对象，在此期间我院实施中药饮片配方质量管理，将实施管理前324例患者作为对照组，将实施后324例患者作为观察组，分析其对患者临床用药合理性及安全性的影响。结果：观察组药用有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组处方不良事件低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组处方不良事件低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论:在中药房实施中药饮片配方质量管理可以有效避免处方不良事件以及用药不良反应，提高患者中药汤剂治疗效果，改善中药房处方用药的合理性及安全性，临床上应当进一步推广应用。 |

| To explore the effects of the quality of Chinese herbal decoction pieces on the rationality of Chinese herbal prescription and the safety of clinical medication.Methods:A total of 648 patients who had to be treated with TCM decoction in The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected.During this period,the quality management of TCM decoction was implemented in our hospital.324 patients before the implementation of the management were taken as the control group,and 324 patients after the implementation were taken as the study group.The effects on the rationality of Chinese herbal prescription and the safety of clinical medication were analyzed.Results:The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Adverse events of prescription in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality management of Chinese herbal decoction in Chinese pharmacies can effectively avoid adverse events and adverse drug reactions,improve the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal decoction in patients,and improve the rationality and safety of Chinese medicine prescription in Chinese pharmacies. |
