      目的:建立采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定中药材何首乌中40种无机元素的方法,该方法的建立为何首乌药材的质量控制及优质资源的开发提供依据。方法:采用压力罐消解法对样品进行消解,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定何首乌药材中40种无机元素的含量,并对检测方法进行方法学考察。结果:40种无机元素检测方法经方法学考察,结果合理有效,标准曲线的线性相关系数均>0.95,平均加样回收率在88.9%~119.2%,RSD均<12%.测定不同来源的49批何首乌样品,K,Ca,Mg,Al,Fe等5种元素含量最高,均达到100 mg/kg以上;Be,Sc,Ge,Eu,Tb,Ho,Tm,Yb和Lu等8种无机元素的平均含量较低,均<0.02 mg/kg;不同产地的何首乌样品表现出一定的聚类性特征。结论:该方法操作简便,快速、准确,结果可靠,适用于中药材何首乌中无机元素的测定。
English Summary:
      To establish a method for the simultaneous determination and analysis of 40 inorganic elements in Polygoni Multiflori Radix.by using Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS),and provide an experimental basis for improving the quality standard and developing excellent resources of Polygoni Multiflori Radix.Methods:40 inorganic elements in Polygoni Multiflori Radix were determined by using high pressure digestion and ICP-MS.And the methods were validated.Results:The methods of 40 inorganic elements were reasonable and effective by validation.The standard curves were linear and the linear correlation coefficients were greater than 0.95.The recovery was between 88.9%~119.2%,and RSD were all lower than 12%.In the determination of 49 batches of Polygoni Multiflori Radix samples from different regions,5 elements of K,Ca,Mg,Al,Fe were higher than 100 mg/kg,and 8 elements of Be,Sc,Ge,Eu,Tb,Ho,Tm,Yb and Lu were lower than 0.2 mg/kg; and the samples from different regions showed some clustering characteristics.Conclusion:The established method is simple with fast analysis and high sensitivity,and the method is suitable for determination of inorganic elements in Polygoni Multiflori Radix.
