| 目的:观察旋覆理血汤治疗2型糖尿病脾虚气郁型老年抑郁患者的效果。方法:选取2016年10月至2018年10月上海市普陀区人民医院收治的2型糖尿病脾虚气郁型老年抑郁患者80例作为研究对象,按照信封法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用基础糖尿病治疗联合丙咪嗪治疗4周,观察组采用基础糖尿病治疗联合旋覆理血汤治疗4周。比较2组疗效、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、中医症候积分、血糖指标、生命质量和不良反应差异。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后SDS评分、中医症候积分、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平、糖尿病患者生命质量特异性量表(DSQL)总分、不良应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)水平与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:旋覆理血汤可显著改善2型糖尿病脾虚气郁型老年抑郁患者抑郁状态和临床症状,并有助于稳定血糖,提高生命质量。 |

| To observe the effects of Xuanfu Lixue Decoction on senile depression patients with type 2 diabetes of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation. Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation were randomly divided from Oct 2016 to Oct 2018 into control group (40 cases) was treated with basic diabetes treatment combined with imipramine for 4 weeks，and the observation group (40 cases) was treated with basic diabetes treatment combined with Xuanfu Lixue Decoction for 4 weeks.The therapeutic effects of the 2 groups were compared. The efficacy, SDS score, TCM syndrome score, blood glucose index, quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups. Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, SDS score, TCM syndrome score, HbA1c level, total score of DSQL and incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), but fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and 2-h postprandial plasma glucose (2 hPG) were not significantly different from the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion:Xuanfu Lixue Decoction can significantly improve the depression and clinical symptoms of senile depression patients with type 2 diabetes of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation, and help to stabilize blood sugar and improve the quality of life. |
