| 《医宗金鉴外科心法要诀》被后世奉为中医外科经典书籍,对乳腺病病因、病机、治法、内服方药记载详备,创立了许多独特的外治方法等,许多理论及方药沿用至今。但缺乏系统整理。对《医宗金鉴·外科心法要诀》中记载的乳腺病章节内容方进行了梳理总结,将其主要学术观点归纳为:乳腺病按疮疡论治并重视外治药、创立红升、白降二丹用于乳岩治疗、乳岩分阶段论治、火针治疗不乳儿乳痈等,并对其处方用药特点进行了分析。溯本求源,古为今用使其指导临床治疗,并为治疗当前临床难治乳腺病提供思路。 |

| Golden Mirror of Medicine，Key Points of Surgery a classic book for Chinese medicine surgery by the later generations.This book elaborates on the etiology，pathogenesis，treatment methods，formula and prescriptions for internal administration of breast diseases，and also creates many unique external treatment methods.Some theories and formula passed today，but lack systematic summary.This paper expounds the academic thinking about breast diseases in Golden Mirror of Medicine，Key Points of Surgery，and its main academic views can be concluded as treating breast diseases like skin ulcer，focusing on external treatment，invention of Hongsheng and Baijiang pellet to treat breast cancer，staged treatment of breast cancer，treating chronic mastitis by fire needle.This paper also analyzed the medication characteristics of prescriptions.Tracing the source and seeking the source，it has been used in the past to guide clinical treatment and provide ideas for the treatment of current clinically refractory breast disease. |
