| 目的：探讨麻杏石甘汤加味联合阿奇霉素对肺炎支原体肺炎患儿临床疗效及血清C反应蛋白的影响。方法：选取2015年7月至2018年7月安徽省中医药大学第一附属医院收治的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿40例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组与观察组，每组20例。对照组采用头孢唑肟+阿奇霉素治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用麻杏石甘汤治疗，对2组患者的临床治疗结果、中医证候积分、症状及体征改善情况、血清C反应蛋白（CRP）水平以及不良反应情况进行观察、评价和比较。结果：观察组、对照组的临床治疗有效率分别为95%、70%，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组的发热消退时间、咳嗽缓解时间、肺罗音消失时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，观察组的各项中医证候积分、血清CRP低于对照组，差异有统计学意（P<0.05）。2组患者不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：采用麻杏石甘汤+阿奇霉素用于肺炎支原体肺炎患儿可有效缓解临床症状及体征，抑制机体内炎性反应，达到良好的临床疗效，且用药后不良反应较少，安全性良好。 |

| To study the clinical effects of Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with azithromycin on mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia and its effect on serum C-reactive protein.Methods:A total of 40 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were selected and collected in The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine from July 2015 to July 2018.According to the method of random number table, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cefazoxime azithromycin, and the observation group was treated with Maxing Shigan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects, improvement of symptoms and signs, TCM syndromes score, incidence of serum C-reactive protein(CRP), adverse reactions of the 2 groups were compared.Results:The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 95% and 70%, respectively, and there was significant difference between the 2 groups(P<0.05).The time of fever subsiding, cough relieving and lung rale disappearance in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes and serum CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(0 vs 5%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Maxing Shigan Decoction and azithromycin in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and signs, suppress the inflammatory reaction in the body and achieve a good clinical effect, with good safety. |
