目的：探讨复方苦参注射液对胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者血生化指标和生命质量的影响。方法：选取2016年7月至2017年7月江南大学附属医院收治的胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者60例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组与观察组，每组30例。对照组患者采用常规放、化疗治疗；观察组加用复方苦参注射液治疗。比较治疗后2组疗效、生命质量、生化指标、肿瘤标志物水平及T淋巴细胞亚群情况。结果：治疗后，观察组、对照组治疗有效率分别为76.67%和50.00%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组患者生命质量评分较治疗前均有所升高，但仅观察组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组评分较高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组患者金属蛋白酶-2（MMP-2）、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、S100A4蛋白（S100A4）及肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）生化指标，癌胚抗原（CEA）、糖类抗原724（CA724）和糖类抗原199（CA199）肿瘤标志物及CD8+水平较较治疗前降低，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组CD3+、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+比值与治疗前比较显著升高，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：针对胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者，复方苦参注射液联合放疗、化疗的治疗方案抗肿瘤效果良好，能够有效提高患者生命质量。

English Summary:

To investigate the effects of blood biochemical indexes and life quality of patients with gastrointestinal malignancies using Compound Kushen Injection.Methods:A total of 60 patients with gastrointestinal malignancies in Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University from July 2016 to July 2017 were randomly divided into an observation group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases)according to random number table.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy, while the observation group was added with Compound Kushen Injection.The total effective rate, quality of life, biochemical indexes, tumor markers and T lymphocyte subsets were observed and compared between 2 groups.Results:The total effective rates in the observation group was 76.67% while the control group was 50.00%, with significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment, the life quality score of the 2 groups were slightly increased, but there was statistically significant difference in the observation group(P<0.05).The scores in the observation group were higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The biochemical indexes such as MMP-2, VEGF, S100A4, TNF-α and the tumor markers such as CEA, CA724, CA199 and CD8+ in the 2 groups significantly decreased when compared with before treatment(P<0.05), and the observation group was lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The ratio of CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+ / CD8+ in the 2 groups were significantly increased(P<0.05), and the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Kushen Injection combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy has better anti-tumor effect for patients with gastrointestinal malignancies, which can effectively improve the life quality of patients, and it is worthy of further study and clinical application.
