| 目的：研究补肺活血法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）稳定期患者的疗效及对肺血管重塑、辅助性T细胞17（Th17）/调节性T细胞（Treg）免疫平衡的影响。方法：选取2015年3月至2017年10月天津中医药大学第二附属医院确诊为稳定期COPD的患者134例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组67例。对照组接受常规治疗，观察组接受补肺颗粒联合常规治疗。治疗前及治疗后12周，测定肺功能及外周血管重塑指标、Th17/Treg指标的含量。结果：2组患者治疗后的肺活量（FVC）、第1秒用力呼气量（FEV1）、FEV1/FVC水平均升高，外周血缺氧诱导因子-1α（HIF-1α）、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（bFGF）、高迁移率族蛋白1（HMGB1）、白细胞介素-17（IL-17）、转化生长因子-β1（TGF-β1）含量及Th17/Treg比例均降低且观察组患者治疗后的FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC水平均高于对照组，外周血HIF-1α、VEGF、bFGF、HMGB1、IL-17、TGF-β1含量及Th17/Treg比例均低于对照组。结论：补肺活血法治疗COPD稳定期患者能够改善肺功能、延缓肺血管重塑、改善Th17/Treg免疫平衡。 |

| To study the effects of Bufei Huoxue method in treating stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients and its effect on pulmonary vascular remodeling，T helper cell 17(Th17)/Regulatory T cell(Treg)immune balance.Methods:A total of 134 patients diagnosed as stable COPD in Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during March 2015 to October 2017 were randomly divided into an observation group receiving routine treatment combined with Bufei Granules，and a control group receiving routine treatment，with 67 cases in each group.Before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment，pulmonary function and vessel remodeling indexes，Th17/Treg index in peripheral blood were measured.Results:After treatment，forced vital capacity(FVC)，1 second forced expiratory volume(FEV1)and FEV1/FVC levels in 2 groups increased.the contents of hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-α)，vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)，basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)，high migration rate group protein 1(HMGB1)，and interleukin-17(IL-17)，transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)and the proportion of Th17/Treg in peripheral blood all decreased and FVC，FEV1 and FEV1/FVC levels of THE observation group were higher than those of the control group.The content of HIF-1α，VEGF，bFGF，HMGB1，IL-17，TGF-β1 and the proportion of Th17/Treg in peripheral blood were all lower than those of the control group.Conclusion:Bufei Huoxue therapy can improve lung function，delay pulmonary vascular remodeling and improve Th17/Treg immune balance in stable COPD patients. |
