| 肝与大肠相通为脏腑相通理论内容之一，以此为指导可对肩项部疼痛进行治疗，尤其适用于现代临床肩项部疼痛同时兼有熬夜习惯（伤及肝血）及大便不调者。现列举了3例以养肝血、通大肠腑为法治疗肩项部疼痛的典型案例，以期为现代临床治疗肩项部疼痛疾患提供新思路。 |

| The theory that the liver communicating with the large intestine is one of the theories of communication of zang-fu organs.Shoulder and neck pain can be effectively relieved under the guidance of this theory, especially for the cases with the habit of staying up late(damaging liver blood)and the symptom of constipation.This paper described 3 typical cases suffering from shoulder and neck pain, which had been obviously alleviated through the method of nourishing liver blood and unclogging large intestine.It is hoped that this theory could provide a new thought for the current clinical treatment of shoulder and neck pain. |
