| To explore the effects of Jieyu Xifeng Decoction combined with acupoint injection on the clinical efficacy and sleep structure of patients with insomnia.Methods:A total of 114 cases of insomnia patients in Yangpu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2017 to January 2019 were included in this study.According to the treatment methods, the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group by adopting the random number table method.The control group(57 cases)was treated with Jieyu Xifeng Decoction, and the observation group(57 cases)was treated with Jieyu Xifeng Decoction combined with acupoint injection.The clinical treatment effects, patients with syndrome before and after the treatment(difficulty falling asleep, shallow, night sleep soundly sleeping easy waking early awakening, irritability, fatigue, dry mouth, bitter mouth, hypochondriac pain)integral, sleep structure in each period in patients with stage(sleep, light sleep stage, sleeping, deep sleep and rem sleep)in patients with sleep quality score, Pittsburgh sleep quality score(PSQI)and the level of interleukin(IL-1β), adverse reactions and treatment satisfaction of 2 groups of patients before and after the treatment were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(98.25%)was higher than that in the control group(87.72%)(P<0.05).Before treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of difficulty in falling asleep, light sleep easy to wake up, night sleep early wake up, irritability, fatigue, mouth pain, dry mouth, side pain of the 2 groups were similar(P>0.05).After treatment, the syndrome points were improved, and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05); Before treatment, the sleep quality score and PSQI score of patients in the 2 groups at different stages of sleep structure(sleep stage, light sleep stage, deep sleep stage, rapid eye movement stage)were similar(P>0.05), and the scores were improved after treatment.The observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, the levels of IL-1β were similar in the 2 groups(P>0.05), and the levels of IL-1β were improved in each group after treatment(P<0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were found in the 2 groups during the treatment, and the adverse reaction rate was 0.00%(P>0.05).The treatment satisfaction rate(98.25%)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(82.46%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jieyu Xifeng Decoction combined with acupoint injection for the treatment of insomnia has a good effect, which can better improve the symptoms of patients, improve the sleep quality of patients, improve the level of inflammatory factors, with few adverse reactions, high safety, high satisfaction rate of patients, and it is worthy of promotion and application. |
