| 根据有关新型冠状病毒病(COVID-19)的文献报道,结合相关中医古籍,从中医学的立场探讨新型冠状病毒的致病特征。发现此次疫邪致病变化多端,伤人部位不定,且表现出类湿、类寒、类燥之性;可从口鼻、腠理而入,“卫分”与“太阳”多同时受邪,卫气损伤,防御失守,使得疫邪直入脏腑,引发血水同病;进而探讨疫邪与兼夹之邪致病的区别以及疫邪引动宿病的机制。中医认识及治疗疾病依据自身特有的理论体系,治疗此病需把握以下原则:衷中参西,病证结合;铭记中医治疗疾病的总则——观其脉证,知犯何逆,随证治之;谨防传变,先安未受邪之地;疫病所现病性或寒或热,治疗用药勿拘寒凉。推荐治疫专药参考《神农本草经》、现代药理研究及疫邪致病特征，选木香、徐长卿、升麻等三味中药。 |

| According to the literature reports on Coronavirus Disease 2019(Covid-19),combining with the relevant ancient books of traditional Chinese Medicine,the pathogenic characteristics of 2019-nCoV were discussed from the standpoint of traditional Chinese medicine. It was found that the pathogenic parts of the disease were variable and varied,and showed the characteristics of wetness,cold and dryness. It can enter from the mouth, nose and couli, so “Weifen” and “Taiyang” were affected by pathogenic factors almost at the same time,which damaged the defense qi, so that the disease could enter the viscera directly, causing the disease of blood and tissue fluid together. And then, the difference between the pathogenic of pestilence and the pathogenic of mixed disease, as well as the mechanism of pestilence inducing persistent diseases were discussed. Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) has its own unique theoretical system to recognize and treat diseases. In the treatment of Covid-19,traditional Chinese physician should grasp the following principles: Intergratlng Chinese and Western Mediclne; combining the disease and syndrome. Keep in mind the general principles of TCM treatment of diseases: Observe its pulse and syndrome, know what is wrong with it, and treat it according to the syndrome; Guard against transmission and transformation,and first secure the good place free from Pathogen; The manifestation of an epidemic is cold or hot,and do not only use cold and cool herbs in the treatment. The recommended prescription is “heng san zi” Prescription,which was used to treat cold epidemic or the cold epidemic in Huangzhou (now Huanggang City, Hubei Province) in Song Dynasty.Besides, the recommended special medicine is based on Shennong's Classic of Materia Medica modern pharmacological research and the pathogenic characteristics of disease pathogen,and three kinds of traditional Chinese medicine: Muxiang, Xuchangqing and Cimicifuga are selected. |
