| 目的：采用数据挖掘技术分析马齿苋临床外用规律。方法：检索2009年1月至2019年12月中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)和万方数据库中关于马齿苋外用的临床研究文献，提取组方信息，运用Excel 2013、Clementine12.0及IBM SPSS Statistics 23软件对筛选出的组方进行频数分析、关联规则分析和因子分析，总结马齿苋外用的治疗疾病，分析马齿苋外用的用药特点及配伍规律。结果：1）共纳入103篇文献，共计中药组方103首。2）马齿苋外用治疗的疾病主要为湿疹，尖锐湿疣，肛肠疾病，皮炎，扁平疣等。3）与马齿苋配伍应用的高频中药包括黄柏、苦参、蒲公英、蛇床子等，药味以苦和辛为主；药性多为寒性，温性；归经多集中于肝经、胃经。4）功效分类以清热药，活血化瘀药为主。5）关联规则分析共计得到马齿苋外用配伍的核心组合32个，并提取出8个公因子。结论：马齿苋外用以治疗湿疹，扁平疣、尖锐湿疣最为常见，且外用时多与蒲公英配伍。通过数据挖掘方法得到的马齿苋临床外用规律可为临床用药提供参考。 |

| To analyze rules of clinically external application of Herba Portulacae by data mining.Methods:Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI)and Wanfang Database were searched for clinical research literature(January 2009 to December 2019)on external use of Herba Portulacae,and information of prescriptions was extracted.Frequency analysis,association rule analysis and factor analysis of the selected prescriptions were performed by Excel 2013,Clementine 12.0 and IBM SPSS Statistics 23 software.Indications treated by external use of Herba Portulacae were summarized.Medication characteristics and compatibility rules of Herba Portulacae for external use were analyzed.Results:1)A total of 103 literatures were included,with 103 prescriptions of Chinese materia medica.2)The main indications of external use of Herba Portulacae were eczema,condyloma acuminata,anorectal diseases,dermatitis,verruca plana,etc.3)High-frequency Chinese materia medica used in combination with Herba Portulacae included Cortex Phellodendri,Radix Sophorae Flavescentis,Herba Taraxaci,Fructus Cnidii,etc.The main flavors of medicines were bitter and pungent.The main properties were cold and warm.Channel tropism was mainly liver channel and stomach channel.4)Function categories were mainly heat-clearing medicines and blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicines.5)A total of 32 core combinations for compatibility of Herba Portulacae for external use were obtained by association rule analysis,and 8 common factors were extracted.Conclusion:Herba Portulacae for external use is widely applied in treatment of eczema,verruca plana and condyloma acuminata,and it is often externally used in combination with Herba Taraxaci.The rules in clinically external use of Herba Portulacae obtained by data mining method can provide reference for clinical medication. |
