      目的:基于武汉市2020年1月20日至2020年2月11日气象数据与COVID-19每日发病病例,探索气象因子变化与COVID-19发病关系。方法:统计武汉市卫生健康委员会从2020年1月20日至2020年2月11日发布每日新增确诊COVID-19病例人数。采用五日滑动平均法处理每日平均风速、平均气温、平均相对湿度、每日降水量。采用散点图分析和关联性分析计算COVID-19发病与气象因素的关系。结论:武汉市2020年1月20日至2020年2月11日时段,每日平均气温与COVID-19发病呈正相关(r气温=0.540,P<0.01),当平均气温大于6.16 ℃时候,每日COVID-19发患者数较多。
English Summary:
      To explore the relationship between the changes of meteorological factors and the incidence of Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19) based on weather data of Wuhan and the daily incidence of COVID-19 from January 20,2020 to February 11,2020.Methods:The number of newly confirmed COVID-19 cases daily released by Wuhan Municipal Health Committee from January 20,2020 to February 11,2020 were counted.The five-day slide average method was used to deal with the daily average wind speed,average temperature,average relative humidity,and daily precipitation.Scatter plot analysis and correlation analysis were used to calculate the relationship between the incidence of COVID-19 and meteorological factors.Conclusion:from January 20,2020 to February 11,2020 in Wuhan,the daily mean temperature was positively correlated with the incidence of COVID-19(r=0.540,P<0.01).When the average temperature was higher than 6.16°c,the daily incidence of COVID-19 was higher.
