      目的:研究艾烟和香烟烟雾对弱精子症模型大鼠的影响。方法:将32只雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠随机分为溶剂组、模型组、艾烟组和香烟组4组,每组8只。通过灌胃给予奥硝唑溶液建立弱精子症大鼠模型。计算机辅助精子分析系统用于检测艾烟和香烟烟雾对于弱精子症模型大鼠的精子活力、活率和密度等指标的影响。结果:与模型组比较,艾烟干预可以明显改善弱精子症模型大鼠的精子活力、活率和曲线速度(VCL)、直线运动速度(VSL)、平均路径速度(VAP)等功能指标;香烟组的精子活力、活率和VCL、VSL、VAP等功能指标均显著低于溶剂组和艾烟组。各组大鼠的精子密度无显著变化。结论:艾烟和香烟烟雾对机体产生的效应不同,艾烟可以提高弱精子症模型大鼠的精子活力、活率和运动能力,对弱精子症有一定的改善作用。
English Summary:
      To investigate the effects of moxa smoke and cigarette smoke on asthenozoospermia in rats.Methods:A total of 32 male rats were randomly divided into a vehicle group,a model group,a moxa smoke group and a cigarette smoke group,with 8 rats in each group.Asthenozoospermia model was established by intragastric administration of ornidazole.The effects of moxa smoke and cigarettes on the indexes of sperm motility,viability,density etc.were observed by computer-assisted sperm analysis system.Results:Compared with model group,moxa smoke can significantly improve sperm motility,viability,as well as other functional indicators including curve-line velocity(VCL),straight-line velocity(VSL),and average path velocity(VAP).The sperm motility,viability,VCL,VSL,VAP and other functional indicators in cigarette group were significantly lower than those in vehicle group and moxa smoke group.There was no significant change on sperm density in each group.Conclusion:Moxa and cigarette smoke have different effects on the body.Moxa can increase sperm motility,viability,and exercise capacity in rats with asthenozoospermia,and has certain effects on improving asthenospermia.
