| 目的：通过数据挖掘技术，探讨中医药治疗心房颤动的用药规律。方法：检索自CNKI数据库及万方数据知识服务平台建库至2019年的中医药治疗房颤的临床随机对照研究文献，采用频数分析、关联规则分析、聚类分析，探讨临床常用中药组方规律。结果：共筛选出89首复方，核心中药28味，聚为5类，药物配伍组合20个。常用核心药物有炙甘草、麦冬、五味子、丹参、黄芪等，核心药对有麦冬-炙甘草，炙甘草-五味子-麦冬等。结论：中医药治疗房颤配伍规律多以益气养阴、活血安神为主,辨证论治。 |

| The rules of Chinese medicine treatment of atrial fibrillation were explored，through data mining technology.Method:The clinical randomized controlled research literature of TCM in the treatment of atrial fibrillation has been retrieved to 2019 in CNKI database and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform.Frequency analysis，association rule analysis and cluster analysis were used to explore the rules of TCM.Results:A total of 89 compounds were selected，including 28 core Chinese medicine，which can be divided into 5 cluster formulas，and 20 drug compatibility.The core Chinese medicine are Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata，Radix Ophiopogonis，Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae，Radix Astragali seu Hedysari，etc.And the core compatibilities are Radix Ophiopogonis-RADIX GLYCYRRHIZAE PREPARATA，Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata-Radix Ophiopogonis-Radix Ophiopogonis.Conclusion:.The compatibility law of TCM in treating atrial fibrillation is mainly to supplement qi and nourish Yin，and to promote blood circulation，and soothe the nerves.The treatment based on syndrome differentiation. |
