| 目的：观察宣肺健脾方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）稳定期气道黏液高分泌的临床疗效。方法：选取2012年1月至2014年3月北京中医药大学东方医院收治的符合标准的COPD稳定期患者70例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组，每组35例，观察治疗前后咳痰量（VAS）、主要症状体征积分的变化情况，同时采用COPD评估测试(CAT)中文版评价治疗前后患者的生命质量。结果：观察组有效率87.9%，对照组有效率为55.2%，观察组显著优于对照组（P<0.01）；治疗后2组主要症状体征积分及咯痰量均显著下降，观察组更为明显，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；2组均能改善患者慢性阻塞性肺疾病CAT评分（P<0.01），组间差异无统计学意义。结论：宣肺健脾方治疗COPD稳定期患者，能够显著减少痰液分泌，减轻临床症状，同时改善患者生命质量，疗效显著。 |

| To observe the clinical effects of Xuanfei Jianpi Recipe on airway mucus hypersecretion in stable COPD.Methods:A total of 70 patients with stable COPD were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group(35 cases in each group).The changes of expectoration(VAS)and main symptoms scores before and after treatment were observed，and the Chinese version of COPD Assessment Test(CAT)was used to evaluate the quality of the patients life before and after treatment.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 87.9%，and the control group was 55.2%.The observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).The main symptoms and the expectoration of the 2 groups were significantly decreased after the treatment，and the observation group was more obvious，and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The 2 groups could improve the CAT score of the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(P<0.01)and There was no statistical difference between the 2 groups.Conclusion:Xuanfei Jianpi Recipe can treat patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，significantly reduce the secretion of sputum，reduce the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients，and the clinical effects are significant. |
