| 综述的目的是以深入探讨针灸在脑卒中后尿失禁治疗中的应用为视角概述其定义,病因病机和研究现状。我们回顾了近5年针灸及其联合疗法在维持尿量比重中的重要性和促进正常排尿功能的相关性。目前可用于脑卒中后尿失禁的针灸干预手段有针刺、电针、灸法、针药灸并用疗法、康复治疗等。提出了在恢复期更好地评估膀胱功能和改善排尿障碍的关键研究问题。该成果对于针灸在临床使用中产生更具表现力的影响。 |

| The purpose of this review is to review the definition, etiology, pathogenesis and research status of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of post-stroke urinary incontinence.The importance of acupuncture and its combination therapy in maintaining the specific gravity of urine volume and promoting normal urination function in the last 5 years were retrieved.At present, acupuncture intervention methods for urinary incontinence after stroke include acupuncture, electroacupuncture, moxibustion, combined acupuncture and moxibustion and drug therapy, rehabilitation therapy, etc.The key problems of better assessment of bladder function and improvement of urination disorder during convalescence were put forward.This result has a more expressive effect on the clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion. |
