To investigate the effects of Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction combined with Brucea javanica oil emulsion injection on immune function,lung function and blood lipid in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:A total of 72 patients with advanced NSCLC who were admitted to Taicang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected and were divided into a control group(n＝36)and an observation group(n＝36)according to random number method.The control group was treated with chemotherapy.The research group was treated with Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction and Brucea javanica oil emulsion injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the 2 groups were analyzed.The changes of immune function,lung function and blood lipid were compared between the 2 groups before and after 4 cycles of treatment.And the occurrence of toxic and side effects in 2 groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the research group was 41.67% after 4 cycles of treatment,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 19.44%.There was a significant difference between the 2 groups(P<0.05).After 4 cycles of treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ in 2 groups decreased,but those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD8+ increased in 2 groups,and those in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 cycles of treatment,the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume(FEV1)and peak expiratory flow(PEF)in 2 groups were higher than those before treatment.And those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The triglyceride(TG)in the observation group after 4 cycles of treatment was lower than that before treatment and in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of toxic and side effects between the 2 groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction combined with Brucea javanica oil emulsion injection is effective in the treatment of advanced NSCLC.It can improve the levels of lung function,blood lipid and immune function of patients.
