| 目的：探讨扶正解毒汤联合鸦胆子油乳注射液对晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）患者免疫功能、肺功能以及血脂的影响。方法：选取2016年7月至2017年7月于太仓市中医医院收治的晚期NSCLC患者72例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组与观察组，每组36例。对照组给予化疗治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予扶正解毒汤联合鸦胆子油乳注射液治疗，分析2组患者的临床疗效，比较2组患者治疗前、治疗4个周期后免疫功能、肺功能、血脂的变化，观察2组不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组患者治疗4个周期后的临床治疗有效率为41.67%，高于对照组患者的19.44%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗4个周期后，2组患者CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平均下降，但观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），2组CD8+水平均升高，观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组患者治疗4个周期后用力肺活量（FVC）、第1秒用力呼气容积（FEV1）、呼气峰流速值（PEF）均较治疗前升高，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组治疗4个周期后三酰甘油（TG）低于治疗前以及对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：扶正解毒汤联合鸦胆子油乳注射液治疗晚期NSCLC患者疗效确切，安全可靠，可改善患者的肺功能和血脂水平，增强患者的免疫力。 |

| To investigate the effects of Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction combined with Brucea javanica oil emulsion injection on immune function,lung function and blood lipid in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:A total of 72 patients with advanced NSCLC who were admitted to Taicang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected and were divided into a control group(n＝36)and an observation group(n＝36)according to random number method.The control group was treated with chemotherapy.The research group was treated with Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction and Brucea javanica oil emulsion injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the 2 groups were analyzed.The changes of immune function,lung function and blood lipid were compared between the 2 groups before and after 4 cycles of treatment.And the occurrence of toxic and side effects in 2 groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the research group was 41.67% after 4 cycles of treatment,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 19.44%.There was a significant difference between the 2 groups(P<0.05).After 4 cycles of treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ in 2 groups decreased,but those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD8+ increased in 2 groups,and those in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 cycles of treatment,the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume(FEV1)and peak expiratory flow(PEF)in 2 groups were higher than those before treatment.And those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The triglyceride(TG)in the observation group after 4 cycles of treatment was lower than that before treatment and in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of toxic and side effects between the 2 groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction combined with Brucea javanica oil emulsion injection is effective in the treatment of advanced NSCLC.It can improve the levels of lung function,blood lipid and immune function of patients. |
