| 目的：观察加味当归补血颗粒治疗肿瘤相关性贫血（CRA）的疗效及对患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法：选取2018年1月至2019年12月泸州医学院附属中医院肿瘤科收治的肿瘤相关性贫血患者112例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组56例。对照组静脉滴注蔗糖铁，皮下注射重组人促红细胞生成素（rhEPO）；观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用当归补血颗粒，8周为1个疗程。疗程结束后进行实验室检查，采用流氏细胞仪检测各淋巴细胞亚群比例，比较临床疗效，记录不良反应。结果：治疗后，观察组有效率为89.2%，高于对照组的66.2%（P<0.05）。与对照组比较，观察组实验室指标Hb、RBC显著增高，RET明显较低；细胞免疫功能指标CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、CD3+CD16+CD56+、CD3+CD16+CD56+显著增高（P<0.05）。观察组不良反应反生率为7.7%，低于对照组的23.1%（P<0.05）。结论：当归补血颗粒联合蔗糖铁注射液、rhEPO治疗CRA安全有效，可能与其增强患者细胞免疫功能有关。 |

| To observe the clinical effects of Modified Danggui Buxue Granules and the its effects on the treatment on the patients of cancer related anemia(CRA)and the cellular immune function.Methods:A total of 100 patients admitted to Oncology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Luzhou Medical College were randomly divided into a control group(65 cases)and a treatment group(65 cases).The control group was treated with intravenous infusion of iron sucrose and subcutaneous injection of recombinant human erythropoietin(rhEPO); and the treatment group was treated with Danggui Buxue Granules for 8 weeks as a course of treatment.Laboratory tests，flow cytometry to detect the proportion of lymphocyte subgroups were performed.Clinical efficacy，and adverse reactions were recorded..Results:After treatment，the effective rate of the observation group was 89.2%，which was higher than in the control group of 66.2%(P<0.05).Compared with the control group，laboratory test indexes such as Hb and RBC increased，RET decreased; cellular immune function indexes such as CD3+，CD4+，CD4+/CD8+，CD3+CD16+CD56+，CD3+CD16+CD56+ significantly increased(P<0.05).The occurrence rate of adverse reactions in observation group was 7.7%，which was lower than in the control group of 23.1%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danggui Buxue Granules combined with iron sucrose injection and rhEPO is effective and safe for treating CRA，which may be related to inhancing the cellular immune function. |
