| 麻黄性温,味辛、微苦。归肺,膀胱经。具有发汗解表,宣肺平喘、解郁,利水消肿等功效。既可治疗表证、咳喘证、情志疾病,又能治疗水肿、黄疸、小儿遗尿泄泻诸证。仲景治疗急、重症,运用麻黄都强调尽快、足量服用,而部分少阴心肾之病则需要慎用麻黄。恰当运用配伍既可减其不良反应,亦可缓麻黄攻伐之力。 |

| The nature of ephedra is warm and the flavor of it is acrid and bitter, the medirian entry of it is lung and bladder. It has the effect of induce sweating to release the exterior, diffuse the lung and relieve panting, resolving stagnation, inducing diuresis for removing edema.It can not only treat superficies syndrome, Cough and panting, emotional disorders but also edema, jaundice and enuresis and diarrhea of children.It was emphasized by Zhang zhongjing that when treating acute and severe cases, ephedra should be taken as soon as possible and in sufficient quantities, but the use of ephedra should be caucious when used for shaoying heart-kidney disease. Proper use of combination can not only reduce its adverse reactions, but also slow down the attacking power of ephedra. |
