| 蛋白组学是在大规模水平上研究蛋白质表达水平、蛋白与蛋白相互作用、翻译后修饰等,以获得蛋白质水平上关于细胞代谢、疾病发生等过程全面整体的认识。其动态性、复杂性、整体性与中医理论高度相似,且和中医证候学都以整体作为研究对象,可利用其技术充分发扬中医理论价值和中医临床价值。通过检索中国知网、Pubmed等数据库,归纳分析近5年应用蛋白组学技术研究中医心系病症证候的文献,以期为中医心系病症证候研究提供更广阔的思路。 |

| Proteomics is to study protein expression levels,protein-protein interactions，post-translational modifications,etc.on a large scale to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the process of cell metabolism,disease occurrence and other processes at the protein level.Its dynamic,complex and holistic nature is highly similar to that of TCM theory,and both of them take the whole as the research object,and so its technology can be used to fully promote the theoretical and clinical value of TCM.By retrieving China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)，Pubmed and other databases,we summarized the literature on the use of proteomics technology to study TCM heart disease syndromes in the past five years,in order to provide a broader idea for the study of TCM heart disease syndromes. |
