| 重症急性胰腺炎（Severe Acute Pancreatitis，SAP）是临床常见的急腹症之一，其具有起病急，进展迅速,治疗时间长,费用多,病死率较高等特点，其中医病名有“胃心痛”“脾心痛”“结胸”“阳明腑实证”等。中医认为重症急性胰腺炎的病因是暴饮暴食、嗜食酒甘辛辣肥厚味，情志不遂或食积蛔虫妄动，以致湿热毒瘀互结，壅滞气机。目前，中医药被认为可有效治疗重症急性胰腺炎的手段之一，多途径给药方式有中药口服、中药高位保留灌肠、中药外敷以及针灸联合中药等。 |

| Severe acute pancreatitis is one of the common acute abdominal diseases in clinic，which has the characteristics of rapid onset，rapid progress，long treatment time，high cost and high mortality etc.Among them，the names of doctors and patients include“stomach heartache”,“spleen heartache”,“knotting chest”,“Yangmingfu empirical evidence”etc.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the etiology of severe acute pancreatitis is overeating，excessive consumption of wine and sweet and spicy hypertrophic taste，emotional paralysis or food product ascaris rashness，so that dampness and heat deposition，stagnation of qi.At present，traditional Chinese medicine is considered as one of the effective means to treat severe acute pancreatitis.Multiple ways of drug administration include oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine，enema with high retention of traditional Chinese medicine，external application of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine.In this paper，the research progress of the above mentioned traditional Chinese medicine multi-channel treatment of severe acute pancreatitis is reviewed. |
