| 足细胞肌动蛋白骨架系统是维持足细胞形态与功能的重要结构,亦是研究足细胞损伤和蛋白尿形成的关键机制。中医中药在保护足细胞、减少蛋白尿的治疗上具有一定的优势。通过文献回顾,我们发现中药可以调节足细胞肌动蛋白骨架及其多种相关蛋白,进而保护足细胞肌动蛋白骨架系统。据此,本文以中药对足细胞肌动蛋白骨架的作用为切入点,分别从瞬时受体电位通道家族、细胞-基质黏附复合物以及Rho GTP酶家族在内的足细胞肌动蛋白骨架相关蛋白展开论述,以期为阐明中药保护足细胞机制的研究提供新思路。 |

| The podocyte actin cytoskeleton system is an crucial structure for maintaining the morphology and function of podocytes,and it is also a key mechanism for studying podocyte injury and proteinuria.Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of protecting podocytes and reducing proteinuria.Through literature review,we found that Chinese medicine can regulate the podocyte actin cytoskeleton and its various related proteins,thereby protecting the podocyte actin cytoskeleton system.Accordingly,this article starts from the effect of Chinese medicine on the podocyte actin cytoskeleton,and discusses the podocyte actin cytoskeleton related proteins including the transient receptor potential channel family,cell-matrix adhesion complex,and Rho GTP family.In order to provide new ideas to clarify the mechanism of Chinese medicine to protect podocytes. |
