| 目的：探讨康视明合剂对糖尿病大鼠血糖、尿素氮、胰岛病理的影响。方法：应用链脲佐菌素(STZ)给大鼠造糖尿病模型，并连续灌胃6个月，观察胰腺病理改变并检测胰岛素、血糖、尿素氮。结果：模型组的胰岛数量减少，形态不规则，胰岛素水平低于正常组，但阳性药组与中药组改善胰岛数量、形态，胰岛素水平并不显著；模型组胰岛素水平明显低于正常组，但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。模型组中糖化血红蛋白水平与正常组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；各给药组与模型组比较，除了高剂量组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），其余组差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。模型组中尿素氮水平与正常组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；各给药组与模型组比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：康视明合剂能直接降低血糖或作用于胰岛，防治视网膜病变，改善肾功能。 |

| To investigate the effect of Kangshiming Mixture on blood glucose, urea nitrogen, pathology of pancreas in diabetic rats. Methods:Diabetes was induced in rats by injection of STZ, and the rats were treated for 6 months by gavage. The pathological changes of the pancreas, insulin, blood sugar and urea nitrogen were observed. Results:The number of pancreas islets in the model group was lower, with irregular shape. However, the positive medicine group and the Chinese medicine group improved the number and morphology of islets, and the insulin content was not significant; while the high-dose Chinese medicine group had a certain effect on the improvement of glycohemoglobin and urea nitrogen, among which there was a significant difference in glycohemoglobin. Conclusion:Kangshiming Mixture can reduce blood sugar directly or on the pancreas islets, prevent retinopathy and improve renal function. |
