| 目的：观察大青龙汤对外寒内热证型小儿哮喘的临床疗效，及对患儿免疫功能的影响。方法：选取2017年11月至2018年11月广州医科大学附属第一医院收治的外寒热内证型小儿哮喘患儿68例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组34例。2组患者均予以常规氧疗、平喘药、抗过敏、抗感染药物及平衡水电解质治疗。观察组患儿再予以大青龙汤加减治疗。比较2组患儿治疗前、后临床症状体征积分、血清免疫功能指标。治疗后评估2组患者临床疗效并比较总有效率。收集2组患儿治疗期间药物不良反应并比较。结果：治疗后观察组患儿较对照组患儿在临床症状积分、免疫功能指标改善及临床总有效率方面均由较大优势（P<0.05），且并未增加患儿药物不良反应率（P>0.05）。结论：大青龙汤可有效提升外寒内热证型小儿哮喘临床疗效，其机制可能为改善了患儿免疫失衡状态，从而促进炎性反应状态的恢复，达到治疗哮喘的目的。 |

| To observe the clinical effects of Daqinglong Decoction on asthma of children with external cold and internal heat type and its influence on immune function.Methods:A total of 68 children in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University with asthma of cold and heat syndrome type were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table，with 34 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine oxygen therapy，antiasthmatic，antiallergic，anti infective drugs and balanced water electrolyte treatment.The children in the study group were treated with daqinglong Decoction.Before and after treatment，the scores of clinical symptoms，the indexes of serum immune function were compared between the 2 groups.After treatment，the clinical effects of the 2 groups was evaluated and the total effective rate was compared.Adverse drug reactions were collected and compared between the 2 groups.Results:After treatment.Children in the observation group had a greater advantage in clinical symptom score，immune function index improvement and clinical total effective rate(P<0.05)，and did not increase the adverse drug reaction rate of the child patients(P>0.05).Conclusion:Daqinglong Decoction can effectively improve the clinical effects of asthma in children with external cold and internal heat type，and its mechanism may be to improve the immune imbalance of child patients，so as to promote the recovery of inflammatory state and achieve the purpose of asthma treatment. |
