| To explore the therapeutic effects and possible mechanism of Wenglian Jiedu Decoction in treating ulcerative colitis (UC) with turbid toxin intrinsic type.Methods:A total of 130 UC patients with turbid toxin intrinsic type admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Panzhihua College from February 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 65 cases in each group according to the order of admission.The control group was treated with Western medicine and the observation group was supplemented with Wenglian Jiedu Decoction based on the control group.The changes of T cells,NK cells,inflammatory factors,coagulation function,and quality of life were observed before and after treatment in the 2 groups.Results:The improvement of NK cells,T lymphocyte composition,CR，TNF-α，IL-1 β，ESR,endotoxin,IL-10,FIB,PLT,APTT in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).The improvement of the quality of life scale dimensional scores and total scores in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the total clinical effective rate and histopathological therapeutic effects rate were significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenglian Jiedu Decoction can inhibit UC inflammatory reaction of turbid toxin intrinsic type,improve the hypercoagulable state,improve the body's immune function,and thus improve the quality of life and therapeutic effects. |
