目的:观察肾茶黄酮对急性肾衰(Acute Renal Failure,ARF)模型鼠氧化应激水平的干预效应,同时观察其对ERK/CT-1通路的影响。方法:将36只急性肾衰模型大鼠随机分为模型组和肾茶黄酮观察组,每组18只,另设假手术组18只。连续肾茶黄酮干预7 d后比较各组大鼠肝肾功能、丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、肾组织ERK、p-ERK、CT-1水平的变化。结果:肾茶黄酮可明显降低ARF模型鼠肾质量、肾质量/体质量,改善大鼠肝大和鼠蛋白尿、血浆肌酐、尿素氮水平,减少MDA含量,上调SOD活性,增加肾组织p-ERK、CT-1水平。结论:肾茶对急性肾衰有明显治疗作用,可能通过ERK/CT-1通路介导肾保护效应。 |

To observe the intervention effects of kidney tea flavonoids on oxidative stress in rats with acute renal failure(ARF)and its effect on ERK/CT-1 pathway.Methods:A total of 36 rats with acute renal failure were randomly divided into a model group(n=18),and a kidney tea flavonoid treatment group(n=18)and a sham operation group(n=18).The changes of liver and kidney function,malondialdehyde(MDA)content,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,renal tissue ERK,p-ERK and CT-1 levels were compared after continuous kidney tea flavonoids intervention for 7 days.Results:Kidney tea flavonoids could significantly reduce the kidney weight and kidney weight/body weight of ARF model rats,improve the levels of proteinuria,plasma creatinine and urea nitrogen,reduce the content of MDA,increase the activity of SOD and increase the levels of p-ERK and CT-1 in renal tissue.Conclusion:Kidney tea has obvious therapeutic effects on acute renal failure,which may be mediated by ERK/CT-1 pathway. |
