| 目的：基于数据挖掘和网络药理学研究国家名老中医抗肿瘤方剂的用药规律、核心处方及药物靶标，探讨核心处方防治肿瘤的机制。方法：收集国家名老中医抗肿瘤方剂，采用中医传承辅助平台（TCMISSV 2.5）分析用药规律及挖掘核心复方，通过网络药理学预测核心复方靶点，并使用GO分析和KEGG分析探索核心复方抗肿瘤的机制。结果：本研究收集方剂296条，中药383味。统计高频药物、药物组合及计算出10种核心药物。在核心药物的基础上按照君臣佐使配伍规律确定核心复方“白花蛇舌草-黄芪-莪术-甘草”。对核心复方运用网络药理学共筛得118种化合物、95个药物活性成分及52个核心靶点。KEGG通路分析主要与炎性反应、凋亡及免疫等生物学过程相关，与前期抗肿瘤活性研究数据相符。结论：名老中医治疗肿瘤多以扶正祛邪、攻补兼施为治则，核心复方的挖掘为中医药抗肿瘤治疗标准化、现代化和国际化提供新思路。网络药理学结果提示核心复方的抗肿瘤机制主要包括促进细胞凋亡，调控免疫平衡，抑制缺氧和炎性微环境，阻断肿瘤新生血管形成。 |

| To explore the medication rules of famous national traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)masters for cancer treatment，and to determine the core formula and cancer prevention mechanism based on data mining and network pharmacology.Methods:The formulas for anti-cancer of national TCM masters were collected.TCMISSV 2.5 software was adopted for the analysis of prescription rules and core formula.We predicted the core compound target through network pharmacology，and used GO analysis and KEGG analysis to explore the anti-tumor mechanism of the core compound.Results:A total of 296 formulas and 383 kinds of Chinese medicines were collected.We counted the high frequency medicines，medicine pairs and calculated 10 critical medicines.A core formula consisting of Oldenlandia Diffusa，Astragali Radix，Curcumae Rhizoma and Glycyrrhizae Radix was found according to monarch，minister compatibility rule principle.The core formula was used by network pharmacology to screen 118 kinds of compounds，95 medicianl active components and 52 molecular targets.KEGG pathway analysis was mainly related to biological processes such as inflammation，apoptosis and immunity，which is consistent with the data of previous anti-tumor activity research.Conclusion:The main principle of cancer-related prescriptions by famous national TCM masters is focused on strengthening healthy qi to eliminate pathogens，both reinforcement and supplementation.The discovery of the core formula provides a new idea for the standardization，modernization and internationalization of TCM anti-cancer therapy.Network pharmacology results indicates that the anti-cancer mechanisms of the core formula mainly focus on apoptosis induction，immune balance regulation，hypoxia and inflammation inhibition，as well as neoangiogenesis inhibition. |
