肝硬化病因多种、病情复杂,目前单纯的中医或西医方法均不足以满足临床需求,需要中西医结合,以提高临床疗效。肝硬化的病证结合诊治是中西医结合的具体体现,诊断上宜据病分证,即依据西医病名,明确肝硬化的病因分类、程度分期及其并发证等,而后根据主症表现而中医辨证分型。我们发现肝硬化的中医证型与疾病分期有关,可进一步研究分期辨证与据因辨证的中医证候特征。治疗上,当中西结合、优势互补,我们观察证实西医病因治疗与中医辨证治疗相结合,可提高肝硬化疗效。但需注意具体病因肝硬化的病证结合治疗策略,如中西药物序贯或同时治疗,更要强调研究过程的规范性与疗效评价的可靠性。以优化疗效显著、宜于推广的肝硬化中西医结合诊疗方案,发现中医药的特色优势作用,促进提高肝硬化的诊疗水平。

English Summary:

Liver cirrhosis, with a feature of heterogeneity due to various etiologies and different disease conditions, could not be cured or efficiently treated by traditional Chinese or Western medicine alone. The diagnosis and treatment of combined disease and syndrome of liver cirrhosis is a concrete manifestation of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The diagnosis should be based on disease classification, that is, according to the name of the disease in Western medicine. The etiology classification, degree stage and concurrent syndrome of liver cirrhosis were clarified, and then the TCM syndrome differentiation was based on the main symptoms. We found that the TCM syndrome types of liver cirrhosis are related to the stage of the disease, and we can further study the TCM syndrome characteristics of staging and syndrome differentiation based on causes. In terms of treatment, when it was the combination of Chinese and Western medicine and complementary advantages, our observations have confirmed that the combination of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine can improve the efficacy of liver cirrhosis. However, it is necessary to pay attention to the combination of disease and syndrome treatment strategies for specific causes of liver cirrhosis, such as sequential or simultaneous treatment with Chinese and Western medicine, and more emphasis should be given on the standardization of the research process and the reliability of efficacy evaluation. In order to optimize the treatment plan of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for liver cirrhosis with significant curative effect and suitable for promotion, we discovered the characteristic advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and promoted the improvement of the diagnosis and treatment of liver cirrhosis.
