| 目的：观察气血双补方结合肠内营养(EN)治疗腹腔镜胃癌术后气血两虚证的临床疗效。方法：选取2017年1月至2018年12月邯郸市中心医院收治的行腹腔镜胃癌术后气血两虚型患者90例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分对照组和观察组，每组45例。对照组给予常规EN治疗，观察组在此基础上结合气血双补方治疗，2组均治疗15 d。比较2组临床疗效；治疗前后中医证候评分、生命质量(SF-36)评分及营养状况［血清白蛋白(ALB)、转铁蛋白(TRF)、体质量指数(BMI)］；喂养不耐受(FI)发生情况。结果：观察组治疗有效率(86.67%)高于对照组(66.67%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后，2组中医证候评分均下降，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；2组SF-36各维度评分及ALB、TRF、BMI均有提升，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组发生FI7例，低于对照组16例，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：气血双补方结合EN可减轻腹腔镜胃癌术后气血两虚证患者临床症状，提高临床治疗效果，改善患者生命质量，改善营养状况，降低发生FI。 |

| To observe the therapeutic effects of Qixue Shuangbu Formula combined with enteral nutrition(EN)in the treatment of deficiency of both qi and blood after laparoscopic surgery for gastric cancer.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018，a total of 90 cases of patients with deficiency of both qi and blood after laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery in the Central Hospital of Handan were selected as research objects，and were divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method，with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional EN，and the observation group was treated with Qixue Shuangbu Formula on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 15 days.Clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was compared.TCM syndrome score，quality of life(sf-36)score and nutritional status［serum albumin(ALB)，transferrin(TRF)and body mass index(BMI)］were compared between the 2 groups before and after treatment; the occurrence of feeding intolerance(FI).Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(86.67% vs 66.67% P<0.05).After treatment，TCM syndrome score of both groups decreased，and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores，ALB，TRF and BMI in the 2 groups were improved，and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There were 7 cases of FI in the observation group，which was lower than 16 cases in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qixue Shuangbu Formula can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms combined with EN in the treatment of deficiency of both qi and blood after laparoscopic surgery for gastric cancer，promote clinical treatment effects，improve patients quality of life，improve nutritional status，and reduce the incidence of FI. |
