| 目的：探索在使用枸橼酸氯米芬（CC）促排卵周期中，应用定经汤联合雌二醇凝胶治疗薄型子宫内膜患者的临床疗效及临床妊娠率。方法：选取2019年1月至2020年2月中国福利会国际和平妇幼保健院收治的CC促排周期中薄型子宫内膜患者120例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为A组（定经汤联合雌二醇凝胶组）、B组（雌二醇凝胶组）、C组（补佳乐组），每组40例，均治疗1个月经周期，比较3组患者的临床疗效、治疗期间的子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜超声形态类型、排卵率及临床妊娠率。结果：治疗后，A、B 2组的临床疗效、子宫内膜厚度、A型内膜占比显著优于C组（P<0.05），且A、B 2组比较无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，3组患者的排卵率组间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;A组的临床妊娠率显著优于B组和C组，3组临床妊娠率比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：CC促排卵周期中应用定经汤联合雌二醇凝胶疗效显著，可改善子宫内膜容受性，提高临床妊娠率，值得临床推广使用。 |

| To explore the clinical efficacy and clinical pregnancy rate of Dingjing Decoction combined with estradiol gel in the treatment of patients with thin endometrium during the ovulation cycle using clomiphene citrate(CC).Methods:A total of 120 patients with thin endometrium in the CC promotion cycle from January 2019 to February 2020 in International Peace Maternity & Child Health Hospital of China Welfare Institute were selected as the research objects and were divided into group A(Dingjing Decoction combined with estradiol gel group)and group B(estradiol gel group)and group C(estradiol valerate group)，with 40 cases in each group.All were treated for 1 menstrual cycle.Clinical efficacy，endometrial thickness and endometrial ultrasound morphological type，ovulation rate and clinical pregnancy rate of the 3 groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:After treatment，the clinical efficacy，endometrial thickness，and the proportion of type A endometrium in groups A and B were significantly better than group C(P<0.05)，and the comparison between groups A and B was not statistically significant(P>0.05)After treatment，there was no significant difference in the ovulation rate between the 3 groups(P>0.05); the clinical pregnancy rate of group A was significantly better than that of group B and C，and the difference in clinical pregnancy rate of the 3 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Dingjing Decoction combined with estradiol gel in the CC ovulation cycle has a significant effect，which can improve the endometrial receptivity and the clinical pregnancy rate，which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
