| 舌诊是中医辨证论治中的重要参考依据,其属于中医望诊的内容,舌诊广泛应用于中医临床各种疾病的诊疗中,对于恶性肿瘤疾病同样注重舌象的诊察。本文基于对近10年来恶性肿瘤舌象研究文献的整理和分析,阐述舌诊在恶性肿瘤疾病中的研究现状,综合结果发现多数研究认为肿瘤疾病患者舌象的特点以“瘀”为主,但不同瘤种间舌象特征会有区别,且舌象与肿瘤疾病种类、临床分期、病理类型等存在相关性,但多属小样本研究,尚未发现规律性。此外,肿瘤舌象的微观研究也逐渐增多,不同舌象背后的生物学行为,有待我们用更大的数据量去挖掘和分析。 |

| Tongue diagnosis is an important reference in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome differentiation and treatment. It belongs to the content of TCM inspection. Tongue diagnosis is widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases, and it also focuses on the diagnosis of tongue image for malignant tumors. Based on the collation and analysis of the literature on tongue image of malignant tumors in recent 10 years, this paper expounds the current research status of tongue diagnosis in malignant tumors. Most studies proved that the tongue images of patients with malignant tumors were mainly characterized by “blood stasis”, and that tongue images were correlated with the types of tumors,clinical stages and pathological types et al, but mostly samples of studies were so small that we cannot found regulation. In addition, the microscopic study of tongue images of tumors is also increasing. However, the biological behavior behind different tongue images needs more data to be excavated and analyzed. |
