| 目的：基于电子医疗数据的8 316例参芎葡萄糖注射液的用药信息，分析在真实世界中参芎葡萄糖注射液临床应用情况，为临床用药提供科学、合理、安全的指导。方法：选取全国19家三甲医院信息系统（Hospital Information System，HIS）中使用参芎葡萄糖注射液的住院患者信息，运用频数统计法、基础数据描述法及关联规则进行分析。结果：在电子医疗数据库所有使用参芎葡萄糖注射液的患者中，大部分患者为45岁以上的中老年人群，占总人数的68.8%；临床多用于冠心病、脑梗死、动脉粥样硬化等缺血性血管疾病，以及炎症性疾病、高血压、骨科疾病等；94.9%的患者给药途径为静脉滴注；82.46%以上的单次用药剂量符合说明书规定的用药范围；用药疗程多数在14 d以内；临床最常见联合用药为阿司匹林、疏血通注射液等，合并药理作用多为抗生素类、活血化瘀剂等。结论：参芎葡萄糖注射液使用群体主要以中老年人人群居多;临床用药适应证广泛，存在超说明书适应证用药，合并用药多为药理作用相似的药物，建议药企和临床医生注意并重视患者的受益与风险比，规范临床用药，保障患者用药安全。 |

| Based on the medication information of 8 316 Shenxiong Glucose Injection in electronic medical system, to analyze the clinical application of Shenxiong Glucose Injection in real world, so as to provide scientific, reasonable and safe guidance for clinical medication. Methods:The information of inpatients using Shenxiong Glucose Injection in the hospital information system(HIS)of 19 tertiary hospitals nationwide was selected and analyzed using frequency statistics, basic data description and association rules. Results:Of all the patients who used the Shenxiong Glucose Injection in the electronic medical database, most of them were middle-aged and older people over 45 years old, accounting for 68.8% of the total number; it was clinically used for coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction, atherosclerosis, and other ischemic vascular diseases, as well as inflammatory diseases, hypertension, orthopedic diseases, etc.; 94.9% of patients were administered intravenously; 82.46% or more of the single dose was in accordance with the scope of medication specified in the instructions; most of the medication course was less than 14 days; the most commonly used clinical drugs were aspirin, Shuxuetong Injection, etc. The combined pharmacological effects were mostly antibiotics, blood circulation and blood stasis agents. Conclusion:The population of Shenxiong Glucose Injection is mainly used by middle-aged and elderly people. The indications for clinical medication are extensive, and there are indications for off-label use. The combined medications are mostly drugs with similar pharmacological effects. It is recommended that pharmaceutical companies and clinicians pay attention to benefit to risk ratio of patients, standardize clinical medication, and ensure patient medication safety. |
