目的：探讨连花清瘟颗粒联合阿奇霉素对肺炎支原体肺炎患儿血清炎性反应因子、肺功能及T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法：选取2016年2月至2018年5月西安医学院第一附属医院收治的小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿157例作为研究对象，根据治疗方式的不同将患儿分为对照组（n=78）和观察组（n=79），对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗，观察组给予连花清瘟颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗。比较2组患儿临床疗效、临床症状消失时间、血清炎性反应因子水平、肺功能及T淋巴细胞亚群，记录治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组治疗后临床总有效率为94.94%（75/79），高于对照组患儿的82.05%（64/78）（P<0.05）。观察组患儿气促、咳嗽、高热等症状消失时间均短于对照组（P<0.05）。2组患儿治疗后血清白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平均降低，且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）。2组患儿治疗后第1秒用力呼气容积（FEV1）、呼气峰流速值（PEF）、用力肺活量（FVC）、FEV1/FVC均升高，且观察组高于对照组（P<0.05）。2组患儿治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均升高，且观察组高于对照组（P<0.05），CD8+降低，且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患儿不良反应总发生率为6.33%（5/79），低于对照组的16.67%（13/78）（P<0.05）。结论：肺炎支原体肺炎患儿采用连花清瘟颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗，疗效显著，可有效改善患儿临床症状，提高患儿肺功能及免疫功能，同时还可降低机体炎性反应因子水平，减少不良反应发生率。

English Summary:

To investigate the effects of Lianhua Qingwen Granules combined with azithromycin on serum inflammatory factor，lung function and T lymphocyte subsets in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods:A total of 157 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia who were admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Medical University from February 2016 to May 2018 were selected，and they were divided into a control group(n=78)and an observation group(n=79)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with azithromycin，and the observation group was treated with Lianhua Qingwen Granules combined with azithromycin.The clinical efficacy，disappearance time of clinical symptoms，serum levels of inflammatory factors，lung function and T lymphocyte subsets were compared between the 2 groups.The occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment was recorded.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.94%(75/79)，which was significantly higher than 82.05%(64/78)of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of shortness of breath，cough and fever in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6)，high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the 2 groups decreased after treatment，and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The forced expiratory volume in 1st second(FEV1)，peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)，forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV1/FVC of the 2 groups increased after treatment，and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD3+，CD4+，CD4+/CD8+ in the 2 groups increased after treatment，and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD8+ decreased，and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the research group 6.33%(5/79)，was lower than 16.67%(13/78)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lianhua Qingwen Granules combined with azithromycin in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia has a significant effect.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms，improve the lung function and immune function of children，and it also reduce the level of inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions.
