| 目的：探讨雷火灸治疗结直肠癌化疗后骨髓抑制的疗效及对中医证候积分、血象指标的影响。方法：选取2016年9月至2018年2月秦皇岛市中医医院收治的结直肠癌化疗后骨髓抑制患者46例作为研究对象，按照简单随机法分为对照组和观察组，每组23例。对照组接受利血生治疗，观察组在利血生片治疗同时加入雷火灸治疗，持续2个疗程。比较2组治疗后的疗效,以及治疗前后中医证候积分、血象指标水平的差异。结果：治疗后，观察组患者的治疗总有效率为100.0%，高于对照组患者的78.26%（χ2＝5.610，P=0.018）。观察组患者的倦怠乏力、食少纳呆、大便糖稀、食后腹胀分值低于对照组患者（t/P=6.119/0.000、8.850/0.000、14.742/0.000、8.474/0.000）；外周血WBC、Hb、PLT水平高于对照组患者（t/P=12.602/0.000、1.782/0.041、7.615/0.000）。结论：结直肠癌化疗后骨髓抑制患者在药物治疗同时加入雷火灸治疗，有助于提升疗效并减轻中医症状、促进造血。 |

| To investigate the therapeutic effects of thunder-fire moxibustion on bone marrow depression after chemotherapy for colorectal cancer and its influence on TCM syndrome score and hemogram index.Methods:A total of 46 cases of after chemotherapy for colorectal cancer patients during September 2016 to February 2018 in Qinhuangdao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were chosen as research subjects.According to random method，they were divided into a control group and an observation group，with 23 cases in each group.Patients in the control group underwent Lixuesheng treatment，while those in the observation group underwent Lixuesheng Tablets and thunder-fire moxibustion treatment，both lasted for 2 courses.Curative effect，TCM symptom score and Hemogram index between the 2 groups after treatment were compared.Results:After treatment，total effective rate of the observation group was 100%，which was higher than the control group's 78.26%(χ2＝5.610，P=0.018).Scores of fatigue，lack of strength，lack of food，poor appetite，loose stool and postprandial abdominal distension in the observation group were lower than those in control group(t/P=6.119/0.000，8.850/0.000，14.742/0.000，8.474/0.000); levels of WBC，Hb and PLT in peripheral blood were higher than those in control group(t/P=12.602/0.000，1.782/0.041，7.615/0.000).Conclusion:Thunder-fire moxibustion is helpful to improve the curative effect，alleviate the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and promote hematopoiesis in patients with bone marrow depression after chemotherapy for colorectal cancer. |
