| 针刺疗法是中医的重要组成部分,运用针灸消除或减轻疼痛在古籍中早有记载。现在很多中医院已经将针刺作为一种麻醉手段或辅助麻醉手段应用在多种外科手术中。多年的临床经验表明针刺麻醉具有经济,安全性高及不良作用小的特点,但是单纯的针刺麻醉往往达不到理想的镇痛效果,因此目前临床上多采用针刺结合药物的麻醉方法。针药复合麻醉一方面可以明显减少镇痛药物的用量,进而减少术后药物的不良反应,改善患者体验;另一方面可以发挥针刺具有广泛调节作用的优点,加快术后恢复。本文对针刺镇痛的机制和针药复合镇痛临床应用的研究进展进行综述。 |

| Acupuncture is an important part of traditional Chinese Medicine.The application of acupuncture to relieve pain is recorded in ancient books.Nowadays it is used as an anesthesia way or assisted-anesthesia way in many kind of surgery in Chinese medicine hospital.Clinical experience indicates that acupuncture anesthesia has advantage of economical,safety and slight side effect,but use acupuncture alone as anesthesia method usually can't get the ideal anesthesia effect.Hence,acupuncture combined with analgesics together as a mixed anesthesia method is applied in clinical use,which can reduce the dose of anesthesia in surgery and also possess the merit of acupuncture.This article summarized the latest research progress of acupuncture-analgesia mechanism and combined acupuncture medication anesthesia in clinical research. |
