| 目的：系统评价益气养阴活血法联合现代医学治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效及现状。方法：通过计算机搜索网络数据库有关2008—2018年的国内外益气养阴活血法联合现代医学治疗早期糖尿病肾病随机对照临床研究。纳入符合标准的研究，采用revman5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果：通过计算机搜索和手工搜索共检索到1 574篇相关文献，经筛选后最终纳入17篇随机对照试验分析。结果显示益气养阴活血法联合现代医学治疗早期糖尿病肾病的分组比单纯运用基础治疗的分组在提高总体有效率、降低空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿微量白蛋白、UREA、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、尿蛋白/尿肌酐（UACR）、血肌酐等水平效果更明显，差异有统计学意义。但餐后2 h血糖差异无统计学意义。结论：益气养阴活血法联合现代医学比单纯应用基础治疗治疗早期糖尿病肾病患者更有效，安全性高。 |

| To systematically evaluate the curative effect and present situation of treating early diabetic nephropathy by nourishing qi，nourishing yin and activating blood combined with modern medicine.Methods:Firstly，a randomized controlled clinical study on the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy by combining the methods of nourishing qi，nourishing yin and activating blood at home and abroad from 2008 to 2018 was conducted through a computer search network database.The studies meeting the standards were included，and Meta analysis was conducted with revman5.3 software.Results:A total of 1 574 related literature were retrieved through computer search and manual search，and 17 randomized controlled trials were finally included for analysis after screening.Meta analysis results showed that the invigorating qi，nourishing yin and activating blood circulation method combined modern medicine in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy group has more obvious effects than just using the treatment group in improving overall effectiveness，reducing fasting blood glucose，glycosylated hemoglobin，urine trace albumin，UREA，triglycerides，total cholesterol，urinary albumin/creatinine(UACR)in urine and serum creatinine level effect.The difference was statistically significant.However，there was no statistically significant difference in postprandial blood glucose at 2 hours.Conclusion:The method of invigorating qi，nourishing yin and activating blood circulation combined with modern medicine is more effective and safe than simple basic treatment in treating early diabetic nephropathy patients with deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis，which has high security and is worthy of promotion and application. |
