| 目的:探讨扶正祛风方治疗特发性膜性肾病疗效。方法:选取2017年4月至2019年1月北京中医药大学东方医院收治的特发性膜性肾病患者86例进行回顾性分析,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组43例,对照组常规西医治疗,观察组加扶正祛风方,均治疗6个月,观察2组患者治疗前、完成治疗后肾功能、血脂、凝血功能、免疫功能、氧化应激变化并比临床疗效。结果:1)治疗后2组患者24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h-UTP)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、血管性血友病因子(vWF)、E-选择素(CD62E)、血小板计数(PLT)、CD8+较治疗前下降,白蛋白(ALB)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醇(MDA)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P>0.05),而2组患者治疗后血清肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2)观察组临床控制率、总有效率为37.21%、88.37%,高于对照组的20.93%、74.42%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:扶正祛风方可抑制尿蛋白形成,改善肾脏微循环,提高免疫功能,从而提高特发性膜性肾病疗效。 |

| To explore the efficacy of Fuzheng Qufeng Formula in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy.Methods:A total of 86 patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy were randomly divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43).The control group was treated with routine Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Fuzheng Qufeng Formula for 6 months.The changes of renal function,blood lipid,blood coagulation,immune function and oxidative stress were observed and compared between the 2 groups before and after treatment.Results:1)After treatment,24-hour urinary protein quantity(24 h-UTP),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),von Willebrand factor(vWF),E-selectin(CD62E),platelet count(PLT)and CD8+ decreased in both groups.Albumin(ALB),superoxide dismutase(SOD),propylene glycol(MDA),prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was superior to the control group(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference in serum creatinine(Scr)and urea nitrogen(BUN)between the 2 groups after treatment.2)The clinical control rate and total effective rate in the observation group were 37.21% and 88.37%,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(20.93% and 74.42%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Qufeng Formula can inhibit the formation of urinary protein,improve renal microcirculation and immune function,so as to improve the curative effect of idiopathic membranous nephropathy. |
