| 目的：探究三舒汤联合莫沙必利治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫（肝郁脾虚证）的临床疗效。方法：选取2016年2月至2019年1月陕西省西安市中医医院就诊的糖尿病胃轻瘫（肝郁脾虚证）患者90例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组45例。对照组行莫沙必利口服治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加服三舒汤治疗，2周后，观察2组4 h胃排空率、空腹胃肠激素、中医证候积分、临床总体疗效、不良反应、远期疗效。结果：观察组4 h胃排空率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组空腹血浆胃泌素、胃动素降低较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），生长抑素升高较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组临床总体疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；2组患者治疗后均未发生不良反应；观察组复发率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：三舒汤联合莫沙必利治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫（肝郁脾虚证）临床疗效显著，能明显改善患者的胃肠功能，促进胃肠动力，减少胃轻瘫的复发，改善患者生命质量。 |

| To explore the clinical efficacy of Sanshu Decoction combined with mosapride in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis(liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome).Methods:A total of 90 patients with diabetic gastroparesis(liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome)admitted to Xi'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shaanxi Province from Feb.2016 to Jan 2019 were randomly divided into an observation group(n＝45)and a control group(n＝45).The control group was treated orally with mosapride.The observation group was treated with Sanshu Decoction on the bases of the control group.After 2 weeks,the gastric emptying rate,limosis gastrointestinal hormones and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,clinical overall efficacy,safety indicators and adverse reactions,long-term effects were observed in the 2 groups.Results:In the observation group,the gastric emptying rate was superior than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,after treatment,the TCM syndrome score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The fasting plasma gastrin and motilin in the observation group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the increase of somatostatin was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical general curative effect of the observation group was superior to that of the control group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reaction occurred after the treatment of the 2 groups of patients,and the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sanshuang Decoction combined with moracil in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis(liver-depression and spleen-deficiency syndrome)has significant curative effect,can obviously improve the gastrointestinal function of the patients,promote the gastrointestinal motility,reduce the recurrence of the gastroparesis,improve the quality of life of the patient,and is worthy of popularization and application. |
