      目的：研究养胃温脾汤辅助治疗脾胃虚弱型消化性溃疡（PU）患者的疗效。方法：选取2016年4月至2018年10月海口市中医医院收治的胃虚弱型PU患者160例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组80例。对照组采用口服兰索拉唑胶囊治疗，观察组在对照组基础上采取养胃温脾汤辅助治疗，持续治疗4周后，观察比较2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、胃肠激素胃激素(GAS）、生长抑素(SS）水平、胃黏膜中性粒细胞及单核细胞浸润状态、胃镜积分及不良反应。结果：观察组治疗有效率（96.25%）明显高于对照组（86.25%），差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后，2组中医证候积分、GAS水平、中性粒细胞及单核细胞浸润评分、胃镜积分较本组治疗前显著下降，且观察组下降水平显著大于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后，2组SS水平较本组治疗前显著提高，且观察组提高水平显著大于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组和对照组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：养胃温脾汤辅助治疗脾胃虚弱型PU疗效显著，能有效改善患者临床症状，且无严重不良反应。
English Summary:
      To study the effect of Yangwei Wenpi Decoction on the treatment in peptic ulcer(PU)patients with spleen-stomach deficiency type.Methods:A total of 160 PU patients with spleen-stomach deficiency type treated in Haikou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2016 to October 2018 were selected,and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was given the lansoprazole capsules orally,while the observation group was given the adjuvant treatment of Yangwei Wenpi Decoction combined with lansoprazole capsules.After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,gastrointestinal hormones ［gastric hormones(GAS),somatostatin(SS)］ levels,gastric mucosal neutrophil and monocyte infiltration status,gastroscope score and adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(86.25%)(P<0.05); after treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,GAS levels,neutrophil and monocyte infiltration scores,and gastroscopy scores of the 2 groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the decline in the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.05); after that,the levels of SS in the 2 groups were significantly higher than those before the treatment,and the level of improvement in the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the incidence of total adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yangwei Wenpi Decoction has a significant effect on PU of weak spleen and stomach deficiency type,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,with no serious adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
