| 目的：探究补中益气汤对老年重症肌无力（MG）患者Treg细胞、淋巴细胞亚群及疗效的影响。方法：选取2016年5月至2017年12月中国中医科学院广安门医院收治的老年MG患者68例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组34例。对照组老年MG患者给予糖皮质激素醋酸地塞米松片进行治疗。观察组在对照组的基础上给予老年MG患者中药补中益气汤进行治疗。2组患者均治疗12周后，比较2组患者治疗前后的临床分型与定量重症肌无力评分(QMG)比较、辅助性T细胞17(Th17)频数、调节性T细胞(Tregs)水平、抗乙酰胆碱受体抗体（AchR-Ab）水平以及疗效。结果：治疗后，观察组总有效率88.23%，高于对照组（61.76%,P=0.01）。治疗后，2组老年MG患者的QMG评分、Th17细胞频数、Treg细胞及AchR-Ab水平均显著降低，且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：补中益气汤联合激素使用，能够有效缓解老年MG患者的临床症状使QMG评分降低，调节免疫细胞，提高免疫功能，改善血清AchR-Ab水平，临床疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。 |

| To explore the effects of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on Treg cells,lymphocyte subsets and curative effects on elderly patients with myasthenia gravis (MG).Methods:A total of 68 elderly MG patients admitted to Guang'anmen Hospital from May,2016 to December,2017 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into the a control group and an observation group,with 34 cases in each group.Elderly MG patients in the control group were treated with glucocorticoid dexamethasone acetate tablets,while patients in the observation group were given Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the basis of the control group.After 12 weeks of treatment,the clinical typing and quantitative myasthenia gravis score (QMG),helper T cell 17 (Th17) frequency,regulatory T cell (Tregs) level,anti-acetylcholine receptor antibody (AchR-Ab) level and efficacy were compared between the 2 groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 88.23%,higher than that in the control group (61.76%,P=0.01).After treatment,the QMG score,Th17 cell frequency,Treg cells and AchR-Ab levels of elderly MG patients in the 2 groups decreased significantly,and observation group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with hormone can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of elderly MG patients,reduce the QMG score,regulate the immune function,improve immune function,the level of serum AchR-Ab and clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical application. |
