生物标志物是评判脏器的损伤和状态尤为重要的指标,其建立是生理和功能改变后所衍生出的化学或物理改变。药物性肾损伤是临床中常见的,通常肾损伤隐秘性强,在早期不容易发现,因此肾损伤标志物对于评价肾脏结构和功能的意义是至关重要的。本综述拟对肾脏结构以及药物对肾损伤进行分类,总结现有评价肾损伤的标志物,以期对药物在肾损伤评价中标志物的使用作出评价依据。 |

Biomarkers are particularly important indicators for judging the damage and state of organs.Their establishment is a chemical or physical change derived from physiological and functional changes.Drug-induced renal injury is common in clinics.Kidney injury is usually very secretive and not easy to find in the early stage.Therefore,renal injury markers are essential for evaluating the significance of kidney structure and function.This paper intends to classify the structure of kidney and function of the drugs,and summarize the existing markers for evaluating kidney damage,in order to make an evaluation basis for the use of drugs in the evaluation of kidney damage. |
