      目的:研究蒲公英炮制中总黄酮含量变化及对胃炎治疗的理论。方法:选取2016年4月1日至2018年4月1日成都市公共卫生临床医疗中心收治的胃炎患者30例作为研究对象,随机分为胃炎对照组、蒲公英原药组和蒲公英炭组,每组10例,另选10例健康体检者为健康对照组(n=10)。使用乙醇对蒲公英原药材以及炮制后的蒲公英炭进行总黄酮提取,紫外分光光度计测量炮制前后总黄酮的提取率及含量变化。模型建立成功后观察组蒲公英原药组每天服用蒲公英原药材药液,观察组蒲公英炭药则每天服用炮制后的蒲公英炭药液,健康对照组及胃炎对照组每天服用去离子水,8周后检测相关指标。结果:炮制后的蒲公英中总黄酮含量比炮制前降低了38%,炮制中总黄酮有所损失;患者的胃蛋白酶活性降低,蒲公英原药组的效果比蒲公英炭组好,蒲公英原药组和蒲公英炭组的患者血清GAS升高,IL-1β和IL-6在胃炎对照组中含量升高。与健康对照组比较,其中对于IL-1β而言,2个观察组与胃炎对照组比较都有所下降。对于IL-6而言有相同的趋势。而且蒲公英原药组比蒲公英炭组效果更好。结论:蒲公英在炮制过程中总黄酮会有损失,其含量的变化影响着对胃炎的改善效果,试验表明蒲公英炮制前的原药对胃炎改善效果更好,并且这种效果可能是通过调节炎性反应因子IL-1β和IL-6来实现。
English Summary:
      To study the changes of total flavonoids in the processing of Herba Taraxaci and the theory of treatment for gastritis.Methods:A total of 30 patients with gastritis admitted to Public Health Clinical Center of Chengdu were selected as the research objects and were divided into a gastritis control group(n=10),a Herba Taraxaci active drug group(n=10)and a Herba Taraxaci charcoal group(n=10).In addition,10 healthy subjects were selected as the healthy control group(n=10).Ethanol was used to extract the total flavonoids from the original dandelion medicinal material and the processed dandelion charcoal,and the extraction rate and content change of the total flavonoids before and after the processing were measured by an ultraviolet spectrophotometer.After the model was successfully established,the observation group dandelion original medicine group took dandelion original medicinal liquid,the observation group dandelion charcoal medicine took the processed dandelion charcoal liquid every day,the healthy control group and the gastritis control group took deionized water every day.8 weeks later relevant indicators were detected.Results:The content of total flavonoids in Herba Taraxaci after processing was 38% lower than that before processing.The total flavonoids were lost during processing; the pepsin activity of the patients was reduced,and the effect of the dandelion original drug group was better than that of the Herba Taraxaci charcoal group.The serum GAS of the Herba Taraxaci original drug group and the Herba Taraxaci charcoal group increased,and IL-1β and IL-6 were in the content in the gastritis control group increased.Compared with the healthy control group,for IL-1β,the 2 observation groups had a decrease compared with the gastritis control group.For IL-6 there is the same trend.The Herba Taraxaci herb group was better than the Herba Taraxaci charcoal group.Conclusion:The total flavonoids of Herba Taraxaci will be lost in the process of processing,and the change of its content will affect the improvement effect on gastritis.Experiments show that the original drug of Herba Taraxaci before processing has better improvement effect on gastritis,and this effect may be achieved by regulating the inflammatory factors il-1 and il-6.
