      目的:探索骨碎补及其主要成分对胚泡着床障碍模型小鼠子宫内膜的影响。方法:实验动物分为7组:空白组、模型组、西药组I(补佳乐组)、西药组II(阿司匹林组)、骨碎补组、骨碎补总黄酮组、骨碎补柚皮苷组,以GnRHa+HMG+HCG方法造模,干预后检测各组相关指标的表达量。结果:骨碎补组及总黄酮组小鼠子宫内膜同源盒基因10(HOXA-10)mRNA表达明显增加(P<0.05);骨碎补组、总黄酮组及柚皮苷组白血病抑制因子(LIF)表达明显增加(P<0.05);骨碎补组整合素ανβ3表达明显增加(P<0.05),总黄酮组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但积分光密度值明显增加(P<0.05)。结论:骨碎补可能通过调节胚泡着床期子宫内膜HOXA 10、LIF、整合素ανβ3的表达,有利于胚泡对子宫内膜的黏附,从而改善子宫内膜容受性。总黄酮作为骨碎补药材的主要活性成分,亦可改善子宫内膜容受性。
English Summary:
      To observe effects of rhizoma drynariae and its main components on endometrium of mice with blastocyst implantation disorder.Methods:Divide the experimental animals into 7 groups:a blank group,a model group,a western medicine treated group 1 (progynova group),a western medicine treated group 2 (aspirin group),a rhizoma drynariae group,an osteopractic total flavone group and a rhizoma drynariae naringin group.Mice model with GnRHa+HMG+HCG was established.We administrated drugs and tested the expression amount of each index in mice endometrium.Results:Expression of HOXA-10 mRNA in mice endometrium of rhizoma drynariae group and total flavone group increased significantly (P<0.05).Rhizoma drynariae group,total flavone group and naringin group had increased LIF expression in mice endometrium (P<0.05).Rhizoma drynariae group had an increased integrin ανβ3 expression in mice endometrium (P<0.05),there was no significant difference in total flavone group (P>0.05),but the integral optical density was significantly increased (P<0.05).Conclusion:Rhizoma drynariae may regulate the expression of HOXA-10,LIF and integrin ανβ3 in endometrium during embryo implantation,which is conducive to the adhesion of blastocyst to endometrium,in order to improve endometrial receptivity.As the main active component of rhizoma drynariae,total flavonoids can also improve endometrial receptivity.
