| 目的：探究独一味胶囊在老年髋关节置换术后镇痛中的临床应用。方法：选取2017年3月至2020年6月马鞍山市中心医院收治的行人工髋关节置换术治疗的老年患者60例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。2组患者均实施常规全身麻醉，术后给予氟比洛芬酯100 mg静脉滴注，观察组术后联合独一味胶囊口服治疗。运用简明智能状态量表（MMSE）和视觉模拟评分（VAS）评估患者认知功能和术后疼痛程度，比较2组患者术后并发症情况。结果：观察组患者术后各个时间节点的VAS评分均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；术后1 d对照组的MMSE评分均明显低于术前及同期观察组（P<0.05）；术后3 d时对照组患者MMSE评分与术前1 d时比较差异无统计学意义，与同期观察组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；术后7 d观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：独一味胶囊联合氟比洛芬酯具有良好的镇痛效果，可有效减轻老年髋关节置换术后疼痛，改善术后患者认知功能，降低术后并发症，值得临床推广应用。 |

| To explore the clinical application of Duyiwei Capsule in analgesia after hip replacement in elderly patients.Methods:A total of 60 elderly patients with hip arthroplasty admitted to Ma'anshan Central Hospital from March 2017 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into an observation group (n=30) and a control group (n=30).Both groups of patients were given routine general anesthesia，postoperative flurbiprofen axetil 100 mg intravenous drip，while observation group were combined with oral administration of Duyiwei Capsule.The cognitive function and postoperative pain were evaluated by MMSE and VAS，and the postoperative complications were compared between 2 groups.Results:The VAS score of the observation group at each time point after operation was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); the MMSE score of the control group was significantly lower than that of the control group before operation and the observation group at the same period one day after operation (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in MMSE score between the 2 groups at 3 days after operation and 1 day before operation，but there was significant difference compared with the observation group at the same period (P<0.05); the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 7 days after operation (P<0.05).Conclusion:Duyiwei Capsule combined with flurbiprofen axetil has good analgesic effect，which can effectively reduce the pain after hip replacement in elderly patients，improve the cognitive function of patients after surgery，and reduce postoperative complications.It is worthy of clinical application. |
