| 目的：观察针灸、补肾活血方联合双氯芬酸钠治疗骨关节炎的临床疗效及关节液中炎性因子水平的变化。方法：选取2015年9月至2017年6月保定市第二中心医院收治的骨关节炎患者100例作为研究对象进行回顾性研究，根据不同治疗方法分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组采用双氯芬酸钠进行治疗，观察组在此基础上采用针灸联合补肾活血方治疗。2组均治疗4周。统计2组临床疗效；比较2组治疗前和治疗4周后临床症状评分、关节液中炎性因子及其他血生化指标水平。结果：观察组总有效率为94.00%，显著高于对照组的80.00%（P<0.05）。治疗4周后2组患者关节疼痛、头晕耳鸣及活动表现积分均较治疗前显著降低，且观察组显著低于对照组（P<0.01）。治疗4周后2组关节液IL-1β、hs-CRP、MMP-1和MMP-3水平均较治疗前显著降低，且观察组显著低于对照组（P<0.01）。结论：在双氯芬酸钠基础上，对骨关节炎患者给予针灸联合补肾活血方治疗可明显改善其临床症状，降低关节液中炎性反应因子水平及MMP-1、MMP-3水平，效果佳。 |

| To investigate the effect of acupuncture，bushen huoxue formula combined with diclofenac sodium in the treatemnt of osteoarthritis treatment and changes of inflammatory factors levels in synovial fluid.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted in 100 patients with osteoarthritis who were treated in Second Central Hospital of Baoding from September 2015 to June 2017.They were divided into an observation group and a control group according to different treatment methods，with 50 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with diclofenac sodium，while the observation group was treated by acupuncture combined with Bushen Huoxue formula on the basis of the control group's treatment.Both groups of patients were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The clinical effect of 2 groups were statistically analyzed.The clinical symptom scores，inflammatory factors and other blood biochemical indexes levels in the 2 groups before and 4 weeks after treatment were compared.Results:The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%，which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group (P<0.05).4 weeks after treatment，the scores of joint pain，dizziness and tinnitus and activity in the 2 groups were significantly lower than those before treatment，and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01).4 weeks after treatment，the levels of IL-1β and hs-CRP，MMP-1 and MMP-3 in synovial fluid of the 2 groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment，and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:On the basis of diclofenac sodium，the treatment with acupuncture combined with Bushen Huoxue formula on osteoarthritis patients can obviously improve the clinical symptoms，reduce the level of inflammatory factors and the level of MMP-1 and MMP-3 in the synovial fluid，and the effect is good. |
