      目的:探讨清热祛瘀汤对慢性盆腔炎性疾病模型大鼠的炎性反应细胞因子及粘连相关免疫分子的影响。方法:选取100只Wistar雌性大鼠为研究对象,以随机分组方式将其分为5组,分别为模型对照组、假手术组、清热祛瘀汤组(包括低、中、高3种不同剂量),每组20只;除假手术组外,其余5组均建立盆腔炎性疾病大鼠模型;于清热祛瘀方作用下对其炎性反应细胞因子、血液流变学、粘连相关免疫分子变化情况进行分析。结果:与假手术组比较,模型对照组大鼠血液流变学各指标均明显升高变(P<0.05);而经治疗后,各指标均明显下降,且与模型对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);模型对照组与假手术组比较,大鼠血清IL-4、IL-10、TNF-α、IgA、IgG差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗后,清热祛瘀方各剂量组各指标水平均发生明显改变(P<0.05)。结论:清热祛瘀汤对慢性盆腔炎性疾病模型大鼠的炎性反应细胞因子及粘连相关免疫分子、血液流变学均有较大影响,可推广应用。
English Summary:
      To investigate the effects of Qingre Quyu Decoction on inflammatory cytokines and adhesion-related immune molecules in rats with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:One hundred female Wistar rats were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into five groups:model control group,sham operation group and Qingre Quyu Decoction group(including three different doses of low,medium and high),with 20 rats in each group.Except for the sham operation group,the other 5 groups established a rat model of pelvic inflammatory disease; the changes of inflammatory cytokines,hemorheology and adhesion related immune molecules were analyzed under the action of Qingre Quyu Decoction.Results:Compared with sham operation group,the indexes of hemorheology of the model control group were significantly increased(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes were significantly decreased,and the differences were Statistically significant compared with the model control group(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in serum IL-4,IL-10,TNF-α,IgA and IgG between model control group and sham operation group(P<0.05); After treatment,the levels of of indexes in each dose group of Qingre Quyu Decoction significantly changed(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingre Quyu Decoction has great influence on inflammatory cytokines,adhesion related immune molecules and hemorheology in chronic pelvic inflammatory disease rats,and can be popularized and applied.
