| 目的:探究益气活血泄浊法治疗浊毒内蕴、肾气衰惫型慢性肾衰竭患者的效果。方法:选取2018年10月至2019年4月辽宁中医药大学附属医院收治的慢性肾衰竭患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者进行利水消肿、纠正电解质失衡、控制心率血压、低盐低脂饮食等常规西医治疗。观察组患者在对照组患者的治疗基础上给予益气泄浊汤口服。治疗周期为15 d。观察2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、血肌酐(SCr)、转化生长因子(TGF-β)、Ⅳ-C、肝细胞生长因子(HGF)及临床有效率情况。结果:治疗后,2组的中医证候主证评分、SCr、TGF-β、HGF、Ⅳ-C含量较治疗前均有所改善,且观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后对照组临床总有效率为70%,观察组临床总有效率为88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气泄浊汤治疗浊毒内蕴、肾气衰惫型慢性肾衰竭可有效抑制肾纤维化形成,提高肾小球滤过率,改善临床症状,提高临床疗效。 |

| To explore the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Xiezhuo Therapy in the treatment of chronic renal failure patients with turbidity and toxin accumulated in interior and kidney qi failure.Methods:A total of 100 patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into 2 groups by using a random number table method，with 50 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional Western medicine treatments such as diuresis and swelling，correction of electrolyte imbalance，control of heart rate and blood pressure，and low-salt and low-fat diet.Patients in the treatment group were given Yiqi Xiezhuo Decoction orally on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The treatment cycle was 15 days.The scores of TCM syndromes，blood creatinine(SCr)，transforming growth factor(TGF-β)，Ⅳ-C，hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)and clinical effective rate were observed before and after treatment in the 2 groups.Results:After treatment，the scores of TCM syndromes，SCr，TGF-β，HGF，and Ⅳ-C levels of the 2 groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group，and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment，the total clinical effective rate of the control group was 70%，and the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 88%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Xiezhuo Decoction can effectively inhibit the formation of renal fibrosis，improve the glomerular filtration rate，improve the clinical symptoms，and improve the clinical efficacy of chronic renal failure of turbid toxin and kidney-qi failure. |
